Post your national dish
Canadians and Americans need not apply
Tampere checking in. There are no national dishes that even compare to the glory of this black sausage.
Don't talk shit Australia or we'll make you eat it too.
Actually, we make blood pudding in a non-gay way. For some reason, the Finns wanted to form this dish into BBC when they stole it.
I've had English blood pudding for breakfast in a small hotel in a town an hour long drive from London and I can guarantee it's not half as juicy as traditional Tapolan mustamakkara. The pudding in the Swede's pic looks almost charred.
The surface and the texture of the sausage is really unique. Maybe the Germans have something like it, they are good with that kind of products.
>Go to Kazakhstan and banter about their national dish
I'm talking about sausages not some weird pudding
>when they stole it.
YOU MEAN THE HUNDREDS OF YEARS OF RAPE, OPPRESSION AND CULTURAL IMPERIALISM THAT KILLED OUR NATIVE CULTURE AND HERITAGE?!!???
most of europe does
According to the wiki ours is made from the following
Krvavica is filled with pig blood(hence the name), hard bacon, intestines, pork skin, rice, buckwheat or pot barley. Krvavice can also be made out of horse meat
Dude, Australia is a British colony with less than 300 years of colonisation. It wasn't even a country until 1901. Exactly how ancient, traditional, and original do you want it's food to be? It's almost entirely comprised of the descendants of British settlers and to a much lesser extent convicts.
It's literally called "Ram side with buckwheat". A Christmas dish.
We also consume vodka and beer way more and are always on a suicide watch!
