What a fucking joke.
It's only -15C here and my Canada Post "community mailbox" has been frozen shut with my new $300 GPU sitting in the parcel box for 12 hours straight.

How the fuck could they not anticipate frozen locks and put in preventative measures? Did they forget that Canada is actually cold? Or would actual quality service cut into their profit margins too much?
