Do hand stretches for carpal tunnel prevention every hour or so when drawing. It's good to take breaks anyway.

There was a hand exercise going around saying to hold your thumb inside your fist and angle your wrist down to stretch that muscle (forget the name). Don't do that.

I like to flick my wrists every now and again or crack my fingers/knuckes, they can get pretty stiff as I'm working

Arthritis is hereditary idiot. You get carpal tunnel if you don't stretch properly.

Do hand stretches, invest in hand-stengthening squeezy balls or other hand strength stuff.
