I painting a woman and i want to let her hold a cup placed on her stomach. How should her arm be positioned?Is this somewhat right?
The rest of the figure looks wonky as well but thats not so important atm.

Looks like a piece of undercooked bacon.
Maybe you should start with drawing this before jumping into painting. Otherwise, look for a reference in a similar position (there's tons) and paint the values.
If you're new to painting, which you clearly are, know two things
-Human skin is one of the hardest things to paint and have it look natural
-Start with greyscale while you're learning values it'll be easier

Though first I'd wait for the painting to dry, then grab some tracing paper and redline the anatomy.

That is all I can think about looking at this.
Learn to draw first before you start to paint, do values/grayscale, define edges, etc. Practice. Stick to it, create a regimen to follow.
