How to make the moolah?
Also, does anyone on patreon even make more than Sakimichan?
This thread is intended for advice/questions, not whoring your page.
When somone commision you for a "sketch" like porn, fan art, etc. You have one price. This price differs when the "sketch" It's a Character design sketch?
Sorry if you don't understand the question. My english sucks

Know your niche and fill it. In the case of something like porn, draw porn that will actually get people off. When you're an erotic artist you're basically a whore, people are paying you to get them off. If you can't do that then you aren't gonna make shit for cash.
For none erotic art, you actually have to be good at drawing, or at least make your drawings look good enough that your average punter can't tell it's really shit (effects and rendering tricks, embellishments, polish that turd!). If you're making fan art for a fanbase you've got to really pander to that fanbase, so know the inside jokes, the tropes, the common fan fiction and so forth.
And even in that case you're still better off doing porn because anyone can draw pretty pictures but not anyone is shameless enough to whore themselves out. It's a supply and demand sort of thing.
>5k followers on tumblr and 2.5k on DA
Should I patreon?
This is my shit. What am I worth?
Some guys told me that 20$ for a painting with background is way too low and the comissioners sound like they expected higher price, but it's not like i have people standing in line for my shit.
Don't sell yourself short, don't work for less than $25 an hour-minimum. You're good enough. Keep working at getting better.
>$25 an hour-minimum.
At that rate tat picture above would be like a thousand bux.
I don't think that there are many people willing to pay that among my rocking 60 followers.
Picrelated is actually a piece done for exposure, I really admire effort of that dude adding all of my shit to so many groups i grew tired of accepting, and it actually brought me some money paying clients.

Nigga, get a better workflow then, goddamn. You should be able to whip out a figure in a couple minutes tops. I believe in u, family man.
Also study perspective
$20 is pretty low for full digital painting. At your stage, you shouldn't charge less then min wage, but it depends on how long it actually takes you. I'm no pro, but you should be able to get about $10 for a sketch, maybe around $50 for a full piece.
then i should probably promote myself and get more watchers who are willing to buy me.
i have DA for one year and all i have is 60 watchers it's like 0.8 watchers per submitted picture.
