He's pretty nice, used to get irritated by how non-methodical his stuff seemed but it's typically a good watch all around. Don't trust YouTubers much for advice though.

Most artist who work quickly and intuitively seem to be non-methodical in how they approach drawing and painting. The purpose of methodology is that it lets you get results just by following guidelines, but if you understand what you're doing there's no point to doing things by the book. Kim Jung Gi doesn't need to use a perspective grid, nor does he draw construction lines for his figures. He's internalized that knowledge to the point where he's able to just visualize what looks correct.
