As President, Coolidge's reputation as a quiet man continued. "The words of a President have an enormous weight," he would later write, "and ought not to be used indiscriminately."
William Henry Harrison died of pneumonia 32 days into his presidency
John Adams got pissed at France because french agents known as X, Y, and Z tried to extort money form U.S. ambassadors
Coolidge was quiet and didn't talk alot
>The XYZ Affair was a political and diplomatic episode in 1797 and 1798...that led to an undeclared war called the Quasi-War
To what extent was the Amero-Fankish Quasi-War influenced by the Finno-Korean Hyperwar?
>"I made a bet today that I could get more than two words out of you."
>He replied, "You lose."
Coolidge was actually hilarious, if you haven't read about him it's totally worth picking up a biography - if for nothing else, to read the story about how he met his wife. Also, when he became President he was sworn into office by his father, then went right back to bed.
