Personally, idk why, but doing lineart on SAI was easier for me because of its stabilizer. But for clip studio, ive noticed that if i just wanted to just go straight into painting, then it was easier on there.
And doesnt matter what program you use, it's all about how much you study and practice to get better at drawing.
