The actual game is based off an achievement system that when you do certain things like cum inside her 3 times or whatevr you unlock something.

There are costumes that are locked off as well which is a bit of an annoyance. I just got the full save from the pastebin with everything unlocked. Makes life and penis happier.

I had the same issue yesterday anon and finally fixed it by rerunning the EMF patch (it was the enhanced liquid textures causing it i think)

I was messing around and the issue arose again and the only way I could fix it the 2nd time was to reinstall colorable clothing mod

It can be used for any file contained within the game folder, so yes, you just have to make sure you enable them in the right order.

Separate each DLC, patch, and mod by a different folder (all contained within the MODS folder), so when you run JSGME you can see everything listed separately.

Then you just apply them: DLC -> Patches -> Mods etc. And you can isolate issues and conflicts yourself for the most part
