you can't change the size permanently in game, you have to use a mod (keybind mod? I might be wrong) to change those values each time you start a new encounter

Don't worry anon, those boots are on my list. Unless you have a model to convert and know basic 3d modeling techniques you will not get far, don't even bother trying to model it yourself because it will take a long time before you get decent results. If you do want to give it a try, the SBPR tutorials on the wiki and Roy's DOA mod cover most of the important steps for creating a mod, skip everything that doesn't apply to your case.

anyone every have this problem with SkinTexMod and figure out what the solution was?
I have some skin mods, the usual stuff (4k skin and face retouching, 8k specular), and I've reinstalled both IPA and SkinTexMod to no avail. The anime filter works just fine, and oddly SkinTexMod still works in studio.

I just added a bunch of cards and launched select, only for room editor to be totally empty. I can press escape and exit, but I can't exit the editor, and changing rooms doesn't do anything.

I have the latest version of the mod, the problem persists regardless. Can anyone at least verify if this is an issue with the mod or something on my end? Put a hair extension (one with physics, not rigid, though I don't know if it makes a difference) in front of some long hair and see if the hair goes invisible behind the tip of the extension.

Piggy needs eye fix. They look very narrow. Also a wider face/cheeks.
Weed doesn't have a middle part. Any side part bangs? Needs darker eyebrows.
Poet's head shape and eye distance look off.

A lot of it is minor adjustment of tones, some changes to hair. I'm sure you can achieve solid results if you spend the time, and I'll be happy to be one of the people dedicating a whole room to these if you succeed.

Work on them all, do a final pass-through on here, then tweak, and release.
