clone stamp tool. zoom in and clone. clone source from around the black bar and fill in. Sometimes you have to go in and draw some of it.

when you get something like a mosaic or blur - try cloning a pussy in the same angle (not rotation, you can rotate an image so it wont matter) and then pasting it into the censored one. like a pussy transplant? here is an example.(pic)

thanks, those are pretty easy though because it's just a contrast/brightness/exposure adjustment, all the information is still contained in the image, as opposed to solid bars or even worse, mosaics.

Yeah I figured.
It's massively appreciated either way, though it's a shame that your services are even needed. Boggles my mind that someone can draw stuff like the one you decensored for me (as well as a few other really high quality ones other people have submitted) and then ruin it with black bars and filters.

yeah sure, just use your preferred selection tool to select the bars, then open the contrast/brightness adjustment tool and fiddle around with the sliders until the bars seem to have disappeared.
remove any imperfections with the blur and clone stamp tool.

This is how I do it in PS, and the basic stuff is very similar in GIMP.
