I love this layout.
So I've build a really simple local html page to browse my favorite webm folder like this. (I have some connection trouble so as the webm takes minutes to load I save them while playing them)

here how it's work :

one click to play
hover to scale-up
double-click to go fullscreen

And when I want to add new webm I juste have to save them inside the same folder and run a simple automator process.

The hard part was to make it without fap while testing.

You can make the video in Adobe premiere and then convert it to webm with Master of webm.

Even if you've never used premiere, you can learn to use the basic effects tools required in just a few minutes.

Adobe Premiere has a webm plugin.

Just make sure you export as VP8/Vorbis codecs and not VP9/Opus. Simply because 4chan won't accept the latter.

I automated the file adding process with php if anyone is interested. However, so far only about 40% of my webms load, the rest seem to be unsupported by the google api.. do you know any alternatives?

This kind of thing can be done very easily without all of those high-end programs.. Just find the video you want on a PC/mac, edit it down to size of the small clip you want with a generic editor, put all the clips into a drop box, install drop-box app on smart device, download the clips via dropbox to photo roll, and then use any number of instagram/vine apps (I personally use vidstitch) and you can choose layouts and just go import each clip into whichever portion of the frame, render it, and then save it back into dropbox to play in the pc. No need to torrent/etc warez or whatever.
