Not bad. Looks Faze as fuck. Long-shadow is still just within the bounds of not-shit, but maybe redo in a year. Also come up with a policy for where this isn't cropped within a small square (where does the shadow end?)
Tuck that shadow corner in on the bottom left of the M though. Untidy.
Super malleable. Eventually you'll need to ditch the shadow, but the logo itself is timeless and super well executed. Well done, anon.
I am so tired of flat design. It gives me headaches just looking at companies redesign their logo to fit that trend. At first I liked it's simplicity but it's just everywhere now, I want to go back to where logos were creative.
ty yeah its inspired by the faze logo and long shadows are kinda meh but i only have photoshop. the shadow ends when the gradient is the same color as the background. and the shadow corner sux gonna change it
i was thinking about something similar to this, but looking at it now, i don't know. What do you think?
I think ditch the angled shadow thing entirely, it doesn't work when the object being shadowed has an edge of the same angle
What is the purpose of the shadow? If you want to say 'to look cool' or 'it's what other people do' and have no better reason for it then you shouldn't do it
