Not all obviously. I have a few external drives (which i might not get back for a week) and if i turn my pc on and open utorrent without them, utorrent will mark file missing and force a recheck for 100s of files when i reconnect my drives

Ideally, if drives J:, Z: and H: are missing externals, id sort torrents by drive and pause or stop them so utorrent can overlook them for now

I've heard so much shit about qBittorrent sucking at seeding. I know it's what FLS often recommends but staff, even Windows users, dont use it more times than not

I'm about to go on an upload binge on Bib after setting up ADE and that calibre program. Plz tell me if I'm doing anything wrong or can automate it but he's my understanding as it stands.

1) Loan book from overdrive
2) download acsm file from OD
3) Load file in Adobe then find the encrypted Epub it creates
4) Load encrypted Epub into calibre , right click then save for a folder with both the decrypted Epub and book cover jpg
5) make a torrent file with just the Epub
6) Upload to bib. Use the previous jpg as title book art and copy + paste the description from overdrive into the torrent description.


Is this the most effecient way possible? And is there a script for Overdrive that can tell you if a book and/or audiobook you have on OD is on Bib already? I'm aware you can search Bib for libraries under requested items but I'm moreso looking at browsing OD and having an easy way to see if the item is already uploaded without copy + pasting the book/audiobook name into Bib search

All you can do is play the game. It's shit, I know. I'm not in KG but only because I don't care, I could've easily joined it many times over the years. Just get into every tracker that you know has good threads. Luckily, most of the good stepping stone trackers are good trackers in themselves anyway. If you want KG then I think PTP, AHD, Bib, BTN, HDB are all trackers worth getting into just for the chance KG will come up on their invite forum, but they're also worth it for the content.
