Considering the amount of curry atrocities that went down on pooloo, you should save yourself some time and just go to rutracker and grab less mainstream genres. Most stuff there is from what, waffles and quality local encoders. Just avoid "# coмнитeльнo" threads - it usually means something is wrong with log/cue. Alternatively lurk bandcamp for free releases, but you'll have a lot of competition.
