Well people on private trackers are still people so like all people, they're lazy. You'd be surprised how my requests you can fill by just doing a web search.
Also, if you're on multiple trackers you can often upload stuff from one to the other. You can even find stuff on TPB that's not on B-tier trackers yet (and you'll be joining those first if you don't know anyone at the top).
