It really takes time to get to know a board, so this is really a guess.

I can tell there is a lot of reddit crossposting, i can bet an arm there is also a big general/tripfag culture, going by that thread, some pockets of /a/ that tend to stay on a few of the genres that they've taken over and sometimes venture out but not too much, there's also a big /v/-/tv/ style userbase and shitposting. They pretend elitism but they fall flat and are mostly bandwaggoning. Doesn't seem to be much /pol/ there

/mu/ is actually pretty sui generis on 4chan. All the big boards have crossboarders in /mu/ and their presence is proportional to the board's size. There are a lot of /pol/acks and /a/nons in /mu/ for example and they do not stay together in "pockets" (tribes form based on genres in /mu/). There is no "general culture" but they're accepted for two kinds of threads: generals for genres with few posters because it's easier to have discussions when 50 posters are all in one thread as opposed to being spread out in 5 threads, and containment threads (e.g. KPOP general). The board used to have a tripfag culture back in 2012 when it shared a lot of its userbase with tumblr. There is probably less reddit crossposting in /mu/ than in /a/.
