Torrents are approved only when they include the most up to date files and everything else is in order. The version that people would download in a year or so is the one that gets approved, which often means the BD versions.

Considering you'd be muxing the (latest) RAWs with subtitles that would approve your torrent.

It doesn't need to be most up to date though. It just needs to be unique. It helps if you can prove it's superior to an existing version. But considering it is actually is. You're guaranteed to get accepted. In fact, most torrents don't even get manually checked. I've reported plenty of h265 torrents which broke the subtitles that were clearly uploaded in batch by some shitty bot.
