Nope. PTP had a thread on there for fucking ages and I sent multiple messages to chunkycunt but he ignored it and the thread is now gone. I don't know why they don't recruit at HDB, everyone knows it's incredibly exclusive and I don't think they'd get many applications because I imagine a lot of users are either already on BTN or would've got on at some point by now if they had wanted to be. Also most users at HDB are high quality so it'd seem like an easy way to accept more good users with minimal fuss.

It appears that one of our staffers has been scraping user information from the database using an automated script. This includes IP and email information, as well as join data and post count. On review of the logs, it appears that this script has been running for several days now, and while we are unaware as to the extent of the breach, it is likely hundreds of accounts have been compromised.

I would like to apologize on behalf of TPS and ensure you that the site has been secured going forward and the staffer in question has been banned. While this is a significant breach, I would like to note that this staffer fooled the entire torrent community for a long time. It is extremely unfortunate that this has occurred, but at least no direct database access was achieved, he instead relied on scraping data from the admincp.

By viewing the IP logs and in correspondence with sources that helped investigate this breach, it appears that the staffer was either a seemingly "deep cover" BRIEN operative all along, or he was coerced by BRIEN into providing access to has account going back several years now.

This particular staffer was responsible for managing the userbase and frequent access of confidential member information was considered a routine part of his job, therefore the breach went undetected until aforementioned automated script was used. The site has been secured and more details will be forthcoming when they become available, including which members have been affected. Again, my deepest apologies.
