It isn't as if the Chinese-made Steiff collection were filled with hazardous substances. But ever since the Mattel scandal involving contaminated toys, many parents no longer trust toys made in China.

I quickly threw deluge and gitlab on it, running well so far.

The other minor problem was that the Sata hard disk is apparently powered by a tiny 2 pin plug on the board, which I have to source for at another time.

Seems average I guess, set the ISO to about 200-300 and slow the shutter a bit more and you could capture perhaps an outline of the stuff not already in that image. Sounds like it could be similar to the LG G4's camera but without the shitty bootloops, pretty good I'd say. I don't think it'll be able to achieve the artificial bokeh affect that the iPhone 7 has but that tends to be easily abused and can ruin any good shot. Looking forward to your comparison shots when you get time.

Nothing wrong with mtk, they work well enough in the phones I've used.

And z2 is amazing for the price if you're not in the US. It's pretty popular with Ausfags cause similar spec/quality phones usually cost at least 3x more here. It's like any regular high end device with a weaker camera and 1080p screen.
