I'm writing a script for log forking and other shenanigans. I want the script to make the resulting log fake undetectable but, for that reason, I need to know all possible ways to detect forging.

This are the ways of detecting a fake I've already thought of.

1. CheckSum (obviously)
2. Log File Creation/Modification Dates should be the same
3. Log File Creation/Modification Date should be the same than the log's "EAC extraction" date
4. Log File Creation/Modification DateTime should not differ a lot from the resulting media files
5. Check against AccurateRip hashes and warn if the files don't match with any pressing of the album

1) * The "new" FLACs have the same hash as the old FLACs. Just alter the tags to get a new hash. It is okay if md5 results from metaflac --show-md5sum are the same, as they should be if we're talking about the same pressing.

You can figure out a way to parse an *.accurip file and incorporate it into the fake log.

5) Inclusion of Extraction speed #.# X in EAC v1.3 logs (it is missing in v0.99 logs). Typical track entry for EAC v1.3 (* = omitted if there's no pre-gap length value; (or ###.#) = numbers can reach that value):

6) CTDB data should be included in the end. The CTDB count should be "-1" from the current CTDB number (again, can be obtained from CUETool's accurip verification report), as CTDB data is automatically sent and the db updated following a rip. Just copy pasta from the CUETool's verification report in the accurip file noting that the # should be minus 1. CTDB TOCID can be obtained from the accurip report. Here's what the tail end of a log should look like:
