That webm might be believable if it was ever posted with even just a little bit of documentation. But no, ever since day 1 it's just been shitposted like that with no other information whatsoever.
No links to an original article or forum thread about it, no information regarding the steps being taken to find the specific stream with these screenshots, nowhere to download this "RSA_Decryptor", nothing. It could just as well be a batch script with a different icon that just prints a line and silently copies/moves two screenshots as ".bin" files to the desktop.
And strangely enough, nothing was ever posted about this aside from this webm.

I'm not saying you should blindly trust Microsoft or believe even for one second that Windows 10 doesn't send some amount of data back to them regardless of your registry hacks and so on, but simply taking some Russian webm's word for it that it's taking actual screenshots of your activity and sending back to MS is retarded.

Both sides should be questioned, and I'd like to see some documentation proving that this webm isn't fake.
