This helped me a lot when I joined BIB:
Check new uploads on MAM, identify which MAM uploaders source most of their uploads from BIB
Bookmark their uploaded torrents pages, check for new uploads, grab from MAM and cross-seed to BIB
I used to check most days and I quickly built up several GBs of data seeding on BIB
