I would prefer three things:

Behind the head design
Protruding microphone
Wireless

To my amazement, only one headset has ever been made that meets these simple criteria - the Logitech H760, and Logitech discontinued them a few years ago because they had a microphone defect.

Does anyone else know of any headsets like this? It's irritating me that 65,000 different wired models exist in this exact design but wireless ones always have that above-the-head band instead. There's also a million wireless behind-the-head headphones that either have no microphone, or for some bizarre reason only have a tinny invisible mic that only functions while the audio is in mono mode.

The reception (i live a big city) is fine if not similar to my sony icf-p26 (a 20$ radio with a speaker )fm and am, even though The tecsun doesn't have an antenna.

Sounds alright listing and the volume can get loud if you put it all up, which is a plus for me.

The negatives are

Follow up review.

Two issues. First, I'm not used to the SIM card being exposed by the case, and since my power button is directly on top of that, my finger goes for the first opening, and I just ended up pressing on blank space. Just something to get used to.

Second, the case kinda seems more slippery than the actual phone. So far I've only been home handling it, but it seems to be less grippy.

Yes that one seems to be the global version (kate, 152mm tall) as opposed to the china version, the differences are the size (the normal one, kenzo, is 150mm tall) and that the global version has a couple of extra bands.

I'd get only the phone (Official Standard) but go with the tempered film or the silicon case if you want, personally i've never dropped or scratched any of my phones so i don't care about those.

If you want to buy a case later keep in mind the 2mm difference though.

Bricking the RN3P is almost impossible, with MiFlash you can just flash stock with a click and roll again if something goes wrong.

But it's always the same, install TWRP, wipe data, flash ROM.

My advice would be to flash the latest official developer ROM from Xiaomi's site which gets weekly updates and then see if you like MIUI or not, if not then feel free to install a custom ROM like LineageOS, RR or whatever you find on XDA.

That's a given for anything related to /spg/ though. Flash the proper ROM and even an old shitty thing gets new life. I swear, these fucking ROMs have the same problem as Windows bloat. What matters is how well the hardware is, so I want someone to tell me about that.
