I am the top 10th percentile of downloaders and uploaders on AB

I'm seeding from a stable wired home connection with rtorrent+libtorrent, 230Mb/s download 13Mb/s upload speed (yes upload is low, but almost never fully saturated anyway).

I was an active user of what.cd for years with a good ratio.

I have hundreds of albums downloaded from what.cd that I could re-upload or seed if they match.

Can you believe this is still not enough to get an invite to PTH because I'm not "elite" class on AB? I don't think I want to be apart of such a snobbish community anyway, they can enjoy their "community" full of nothing but seedboxes and bots.

Asian DVD Club is what every private tracker community should strive to be like, they are so friendly and create such a nice welcoming environment. I feel cozy when thinking about ADC, I don't ever want to be afraid of using a private tracker, I don't want to walk on eggshells, try to fly under the radar from the staff/system even though I've done nothing wrong, and desperately try to be "worthy".

There was a webpage that allowed you to easily study for the What.CD interview, and you really needed it, because the test was really just a memory game. I would probably fail the interview right now, I'm sure they have plenty of tricky questions.

The What.CD interview was full of information that almost everyone forgets shortly after joining What.CD, but of course they would double-check if they ever had to.

Honestly, the biggest draw for a lot of people is probably prestige.
Secondary biggest, and most logical, would be high standards for encodes. Bad encodes are quickly taken down.
Tertiary would be rules favoring home connections over seedboxes, neutral leech porn, retention and overall stability of the site. The FL system is similar to AHD's, except it doesn't apply to seedboxes at all, and it applies to more than just internal encodes, in addition to the fact that HDB has more internal groups, so there are more FL opportunities from internals alone.

I mainly use PTP, but only because it has a "proper" top 10 (ie, updated daily) and weekly/user picks to highlight movies I don't know about. When I want a good quality encode, I go to HDB because I trust them to be better than PTP GP's. Don't watch much TV, so I can't comment on BTN vs HDB.
