Finding a bunch of tagged anime porn is a breeze, just scrape a couple boorus, and bam, 3 million unique tagged images.
But 3dpd?
Best I can think of is scrape a bunch of porn sites for actor names taken from a porn actor database, compare all the videos that showed up for each name and try to find a face you see in all the vids, attribute that face to the name, then go through the videos again and build face data, but that could take hundreds of gigabytes of transfers and fucking massive processing time per tag/actor.
Like, ask google to borrow some of their data centers for a few days sorts of time.

I do web apps for an entrepreneur type guy who follows something called Lean Startup. I'll tell you what he'd tell me if I wrote this for him.

What you've already done is perfectly adequate for Minimum Viable Product.
Fix any bugs that come up but don't bother adding new features for now. Do that when it's earning money.
Build in some analytics to check how it's being used and who the audience is.
CYA with a way for performers to contact you to remove their pics (maybe they're not really a porn star, or want to pretend they never were, it's not worth dealing with lawyers right now)
Think about legalities of the pics, where did you get them from? Can you earn money from them? Can you ask the studios for blanket permission to use their pics in this way? It's probably fair use but make sure.
Then market it. Buy a 4chan ad for starters and see what else you can do without being an actual spammer. Email the link to any high profile porn blogs and tweet it to porn stars on twitter, their fans will see it and those are almost exactly your audience

Then start thinking about how you can monetise this.
Affiliate links is the most obvious, ads as well of course though that will degrade the user experience a bit. Porn site ads tend to be pretty obnoxious.

Also double check your hosting/ad network/etc to make sure that they won't kick you off for doing something porn related.

Once it's earning enough to pay for its hosting, you're in business and even have some passive revenue.

OP I would suggest you fix the red section's aspect ratio. Forcing a widescreen image to be square looks really crappy.
You could fix this by making the 300px x 300px container use a background image instead of an actual <img>

background-size: contain;
