I got accepted into AI nanodegree from udacity.

just torrent a course watch videos and teach yourself. Most places dont respect those kinds of degrees. HR departments want a real debt heavy degree not some shit you can print out.

Tech companies want self-motivated employees who do this stuff as a hobby. It's better to just set up a github account, make challenging projects about stuff that interests you, and employees will see that as proof that you're a true nerd and not just some poser with a degree.

what if companies prefer college applicants because they know they have debt to pay off and therefore have more leverage against the employee, they can abuse them more and they know they will still stay because they need the money!
