You'll always be making n+2 where n=keystrokes (and +2 for every 1000), even if the space bar is remapped to right arrow.

No, because you can just increase the number of spaces you paste. I use 1000 on 4chan because the maximum post length is 2000 characters, so even if I somehow make a whole post using only single letter words and numbers (the theoretical max) I will still always have at least one space left since the first word is not preceded by a space, but a space is still a character so I can write a maximum of 1000 words needing 999 spaces and one char left for punctuation at the end.

No, because 4chan deletes superfulous spaces automatically, and even if it didn't you just have to press ctrl+del to remove all of them at once
