What's the most stupid thing you ever did with your electronics?

>12 year old me gets ps1 for christmas
>Family talks about "wonders of technology" and "whoever builds those things must be a genius"
>Get idea
>Unscrew ps1 from case
>Broke a piece of it
>Tell my dad I accidentaly broke it
>"We could make another case out of wood."
>My dad's a woodworker, so he totally digged the idea
>Got a case made out of wood.
Now comes the stupid part:
>Told everyone at my school I made the thing, and that it even could play original ps1 games.
>No one believes me but I still made up shit about how I knew all these electrical parts and how to solder them.
>Kids came to me with their electronics and asked stupid shit about it, laughing at me trying to explain it to them.
>I only realised 4 years later that I was propably the most autistic kid at my school
