OnePlus, Oppo, Meizu
Cubot, Doogee, Zopo
>dat atrocious camera
a memephone if there ever was one
i have indepth knowledge about almost all current phones and vendors (mainly european) and really can tell that huawei stepped the game up big times.
it competes with samsung and apple easily
Here's a Reddit tier phone
Not too shabby for 150$ is it?
Had this Lenovo, was alright.
Now i have a oneplus one and it is kinda meh.
>mfw my 1st gen moto died suddenly
It won't turn on, even when i connect it to AC. The LED is on and everything...
So the Redmi note 3 w/ snapdragon is coming out soon (3 gig ram version). Since my Optimus G is dying in every possible way, is it a good phone for the price? Anything better in the market for that price?
Really? I actually thought some of their offerings are pretty good. Especially some exotic things like the H1 that has a 5200mAh battery. Also one of the only chink-only manufacturers to support LTE band 20 (quite important in europe)

>It won't turn on, even when i connect it to AC. The LED is on and everything...
>And we aren't the only ones god damn.
>Checked the motorola forums... it's like they don't have quality control for fuck's sake.
Fugg I own 1st gen meme /g/ wat do? Have u guys replace battery?
>OnePlus, Oppo, Meizu
Almost true, but Meizu is more like Good Tier
Xiaomi is now Top with the metal bodys, also has a good communtiy for flashing roms even using dark mediatek SOC's

I haven't bought a new phone since 2008, it's starting to break however so I'm looking for something new. Preferably not something for which I need a handbag to carry.
I'm seeing people suggesting the xiaomi redmi 3.
I've also bookmarked oppostyle F1 and Honour 5X.
Which one would be the best one if I don't care about games. Any cons and pros I should know about?
Redmi 3 is nice, I would wait few months when they release an updated variant and internacional MIUI version becomes available for it, Honor 5x has nice specs but EMUI is like IOS and some shit bloatware from Huawei that cant be removed. Do not know about that oppo but sure they have nices phones. Put an eye on the Ulephone Be Touch 3 also has nice specs
Never buy anything from Elephone. Bought the Elephone G2, it promises 4 custom roms from launch, including cyanogenmod. They ended up not even delivering one rom and was stuck with a nearly non usable phone. Luckily I bought it for a back up. But $99 gone, I tried a PayPal dispute, but they demanded me to pay $60 for China shipping. Never Again.
What kind of chink phone should I get?
Meizu or Xiaomi?
I dont want a tablet size phone.
Oneplus and Oppo aren't "true" chinaphones, since they are equally focused on international endeavours as national.
Xiaomi (except Redmi) and Meizu are either too expensive or too average to really offer any real chinkphone advantages.
The real excitement is in all the true chinese brands like ThL, Doogee, Zopo, Coolpad, ECOO, Elephone, iNew, Jiayu etc with which you either get really good value or absolute shit depending on how well you do your research, if you are interested and do your job well enough you can buy a new phone every year and sell your old one for a profit, which is really sweet if you ask me.
Anyone have any information about this chink piece of tech here?
I can't seem to find much reliable information, but on paper it all sounds good considering I can get it for 60 euros, and I need a dirt cheap phone to replace my Alcatel Pop C5 that's falling apart.
Ulefonee Paris X, Umi Emax Mini
Yes but is a pain int the ass, some times they even say "no fuck you, you cant unlock your phone because we don want to" besides there almost no development for those devices, especially Kirin Soc's
What's the consensus on this guy? Any experiences with Umi?
I can't buy anything that isn't a Nexus. It's not because I'm a fanboy, it's because no one can do software like Google can.
Even OEM phones that run close to stock, like OnePlus and Motorola are still full of bugs. I just can't tolerate a phone that doesn't work the way I want it to work.
I'm very tempted to try a Galaxy, but I don't have any hopes that the software isn't going to be a dumpster fire.
I can't even imagine how bad Chinese software must be.
My nexus 5 still works well enough for my needs but the camera is awful and seems to have gotten worse with marshmallow.
Are any of the chinkphones $300 or under an upgrade from my N5 and also have a decent camera? Not over worried about Chinese botnet.
Keep lying to yourself nigga
Any good chinkphone with almost no bezels like the Aquos crystal?
Last couple iterations fell flat, will have to spit out something cool if they want to reclaim market share. Their phones aren't bad, they just can't really compete with other manufacturers.
>waiting a month for chinkphone to ship to me
fug man I ordered the case and tempered glass a week later and the glass already came.
