There are a lot of reasons to run Arch besides wasting time. I use it on my laptop because Ubuntu installs by default a front end to fake RAID 0 that fails on any ESP partiton with grub and has no option for a bootloader worth its salt, so I can't actually use UEFI at all. The others all have various firmware issues with my somewhat unheard of wireless adapters, so Arch and Gentoo are the only distros that actually aren't a massive timesink to get running.

I didn't find that a mech (with blues) helped my wrists, but before that I was using a microsoft ergo 4k which did. Unfortunately, the domes were super stiff and caused pain in a different part of the wrist and in my fingers. I think the sculpt keyboard might actually be the best option going after trying one in best buy, but can't go back to scissor switches now
