>planning on building a new PC this summer
>see all the news about getting cucked out of using new CPUs for any OS but Windows 10
Is it still worth it? All my parts are from 2008 so I think it's time for an upgrade but if it means having to use Botnet 10 or being forced to use Linux and losing all my Windows programs I'm not even going to bother.
Yeah, you will have to use windows 10.
But windows 7 has received spyware updates as well, so it's pointless.
Also, most games will be using windows 10 as a minimum requirement.
Solution: Use windows 10 with this
And remove the tinfoil hat.
Take off your tinfoil hat and just use windows 10. It's excellent software. stop complaining about privacy in a corrupt world where crime is rampant.
I bet you're afraid of police officers even though you're not committing crime.
>Saying I have nothing to hide means you don't care about free speech because you don't have anything to say
>Give me your passwords anon its the same thing
Neither of these are fucking true, /g/ media is just as bullshit as real media. Your information may be monitored to keep the peace and give you recommendations to products they think you'll enjoy. This is not a big deal in a consumerist world.
Giving my passwords to somebody who will most certainly have malicious intent versus a system that scans files and documents for malicious software and criminal activity is totally different. Whether it's Microsoft or the NSA, its unfeasible to have people go through your data unless you're flagged for suspicion. There isn't enough man power. A computer alone monitors your data.
Take off the tinfoil and just get new hardware and enjoy a quality OS that can't be changed too much. There's literally nothing wrong with it.
God bless I bet you're a liberal eurocuck. Just fuck off with your weak willed pansy attitude. Bending over for authority never works out well. Just ask my boy Goldstein when he complied by moving into the ghettos of Nazi Germany and took some friendly showers later on.
> shillings for an OS with a license agreement that gives Microsoft unrestricted remote access to your hard disk
You're a special kind of stupid.
Holocaust never happened. Hitler never gassed Jews. Aushwitz had swimming pools and tennis courts.
Stop hoarding child pornography. Literally nothing on your hard drive is important and you're a nothing nobody that gets tossed aside once they scan your shit.
ITT: People with a false sense of security and privacy
>I don't use windows because Microsoft and the NSA want to plant CP on my hard disk for no reason and put me in jail for life
If you literally believe this I feel so bad for you dude. You must be REALLY impressionable in order to listen to bait and media so much.
> Just because I gave them permission to violate my freedom doesn't mean they will. You're all perfectly safe, don't even think about running another operating system.
If the NSA and Microsoft supposedly have as much control over operating systems and CPU's, then you've been exposed for much longer than you realize. On top of that, you are still exposed to the botnet every second that you use the internet.
Honestly, dude. Bro to bro right now, its not going to happen. You're a nobody. Even if they wanted to frame you to distract citizens they will use somebody who matters, like Jared from subway. I'm not saying you're safe from "spying" because you're not but you surely have nothing to worry about.
If you want to use Linux then use it. But you're no less safe from the government. Windows 10 works and has a long list of functional software and saves a lot of time doing daily tasks.
Spybot anti Beacon is better because it renews the blocks every reboot, or you can make it apply to whatever trigger you want using task scheduler. Windows will sometimes Revert changes, which Spybot anti Beacon works around.
>guy gets busted for cp
>terabytes of CPU on multiple devices
>no officer, I don't know how that possibly could have gotten there
It's like when niggers act all surprised when you retrieve an illegal switchblade from their pockets.
