Has anybody here had much experience with Chromebooks? I was thinking of getting one and dual-booting some sort of Linux distro and playing around with it, as well as maybe some basic coding.

OP, like >>52488130 , I have a Toshiba Chromebook 2 2014. I like it. I wiped off ChromeOS though, and put xubuntu on it (you need to open it up to remove a jumper and flash a new bios onto it, but the process for doing those things is relatively simple).
