it's for my normie cousin. pic related is what i got

New HP 250 G3 with i3 on eBay for $270. Add an ssd to that and you're good. But you have to open the entire case to replace the hdd. Took me 30 minutes.

I bought an Acer Aspire R11 and it's fucking glorious.
