YEAH, FUCK YOU TOO Nvidia!
> try FRAPS.
> records video
> fucks up sound
>you manchild baby dicked fucking faggot lilee boy and take your childish fucking baby hobbys with you kiddo. fucking faggot
Sounds like someone still has the /b/ edginess in them.
wasn't a option back then
still doesn't fix the problem
because I could record everything and still maintain high FPS.
Just a shitty Nvidia-Update (or whatever) fucked it up!
I recorded at least 40 videos with Shadowplay before!
>instead of winpatrician 8.1
because it runs just fine
and I am not some spoiled brat who buys a new graphics card every year.
it worked, you dingus.
nvidia removed the support with an update.
>nvidia not beeing competent enough to support a simple feature like recording.
You're fucking welcome OP.
1. i wish retards like you with your tard aero disabling and win95 theme using would just die and fuck off. Who the fuck disables the best compositing option because of their aesthetic preferences jesus fuck just buy a mac you faggot
2. nothing comes even close to shadowplays performance/quality ratio
all other shit will give you lower fps, but it will allow lossless capture (enjoy fuckhuge files)
You deserve this for buying a gtx6xx series card that got rekt by AMD equivalents, you dumb shilled nvidiot. My hd7870, which with new drivers and a little OC reaches gtx960 in some games, still performs and records fine with raptr
>complaining about people with a hobby for video games
Raptr uses variable framerate which makes 60fps videos look choppy as fuck.
OBS is certainly not lossless. It uses x264 by default, or you can use NVENC or VCE, effectively making it the same as Shadowplay or Raptr but with more options.
>got a 970
>sold it because of reasons, for the same price I bought it after a year of use ;)
>had a spare gtx465 lying around
>replace it with the gtx465 BUT did not uninstall/install drivers whatsoever
>dsr downsampling still works, shadowplay still works
>card runs without any problems whatsoever, aside from being a fermi of course but it's winter and saves a bit of heating costs
well played jewvidia, hurr it can omly run on new hardware
i dunno, i was hesitant to do it myself, but the guy i've sold it to insisted
you should know that in 6-7months the new generation of cards will arrive, and they really want to step their game up this time, mainly because of the upcoming vr technology that requires much more processing power
amd and nvidia are saying they will have like 12gb of vram because of this, but as I see it it is prob an overall increase of 30% performance
I don't know what to tell you, if you can hold out for another half year without playing the most actual games in top graphical fidelty, I would say go for it
I'm playing right now mostly some older games like zork, mystik ark, dungeon and dragon (neverwinter, icewind dale etc.) and grand strategy
didn't do jackshit.
OBS was a bitch to set up, but now it runs like a charm!
Can even record in HD without any framerate-drops.
Don't know how it does that, but it just does.
Fuck Nvidia Shadowplay. For now and forever!
