Is it possible to change the DE for Windows?

I always see Linux users with lots of theme diversity while windows users are almost always identical outside of color. Is there no freedom at all to change button size, margins, etc?

There's a ton of DLL hacks on deviantart but I'd say WindowBlinds is better cuz it's safe and you just point and click to change themes.

Haven't used those since the XP days.

Get these and download themes from Deviantart. I warn you, it's a BITCH to get UXStyle working and there will always be issues with certain programs not looking right. After 7 years of looking at Windows 7 it's worth a try though.
