I would be okay with a Surface Phone if it has a good build quality (something that windows phones have been lacking lately) and if they can run any universal app, regardless if it is aimed only for PC or not.
I don't want PC experience on a phone because some companies have already tried it and has been horrible products (always windows desktop mode running like shit and/or with 2 hours of battery life at best.)

I only use maybe four or five apps total, so the 930 was an ok deal. I just hate that microsoft can't even get their own apps/services on their own platform to be as good as on iOS or Android
