Yeah it cost 6k, that's not how much I spent on the actual laptop though. I get it through my work with a Dell Business account so it's quite a bit cheaper. Not to mention I haggled them as well. Most of the time you can save about $1,000 if you haggle them, especially if you're a frequent buyer with a business account. I paid around half of what it cost but I put a lot of money into chasing world record laptop benchmarks and going to electronic shows with dual power supply mods/external cooling units/expensive SSD's ect so after all of that it probably is pretty close to $6k, or was. I sold off the mods to another AW user.

My first year in college I didn't have a place to live on or near campus. I had planned on commuting everyday but I spent so much time working on campus that I found it was easier (and cheaper) to live there. There was a shower on the 4th floor of that building. I could sneak into the dorms to do laundry, and I could get a weeks worth of food by getting someone to check me into the campus dining hall. It worked out pretty well.

IT is a shitload of room. There is a huge cavity under the mattress which is good head room. I eventually put a small couch under it and now my room looks like >>52372546.

The only reason I took it down was because I was too close to the ceiling. Otherwise, the bedroom would still have a queen-sized loft bed with a couch.

It's a 42" 4K TV. Minimal input lag (I can't notice any) and the colors are pretty good. GTA V in 4K is awesome.

Cheap and easy way is do a google search of standard tuning, then download a tuning app on your phone, tune it all up, google a basic chord, play the chord, if it doesn't sound like dog shit then your all set.

Best thing to do when you start off is look up some youtube vids of how to play songs you like that sound simple and easy, aside from that youtube tutorials will help out. Just play for a 15 or so min every day and by the end of the year you will be able to play any easy/moderate song out there without a problem and be at a point where you can write your own.
