So guys, I've gotten sick of google chrome. What browser do you guys recommend?
today ive learned that chrome supports 4 different process models https://www.chromium.org/developers/design-documents/process-models
this is basically the best browser that was ever created, why wont you switch yet /g/?
>muh ram usage
no more excuses faggots
>mfw people still use firecucks
I like Opera. Fast, considered one of the safest on the market and it has that cool Discover feature that gives you easy to access news abd articles. Kind of the only browser that has it's own character
>hurr chrome uses 300-500mb more memory than firefox, my 8gb of ram is not sufficient now durr
you should install xp because win7 uses 500 mb of ram more too you retard
with my good experience, firefox use maybe 100 or 200 mb ram more than chrome
and firefox crashed more times than chrome
I mistreat my browsers, I often have more than 50 tabs opened on then
I used Firefox, then Opera, then Opera went to shit, then Chrome, and now I use Firefox because whatever. It was a bit rough workhorse years ago and it still can get shit done just fine.
>Follow online about:config guides like privacytools.io to tweak your browser for muh privacy

no simple customization possible for non technical users with programming exprerience. by customization, understand not the ui - the ui is fine - but the continuous decisions to remove options and lock down the browser.
-no way to prevent the download bar from appearing
-no way to change the new tab page to your home page
-no way to remove the sign in button
-no way to change the mouse wheel scroll speed step
little things like these
some were possible with flags but no more /with recent updates/
don't propose extensions from third parties please, behaviour of these should be possible by default /and it was for some/
