Not previous anon, but a MyBoy user.
I don't know John's, but MyBoy has cable link through Bluetooth and is able to open multiples roms at once (ideal for having 2 different pokemons and trade them). Maybe what I'm saying is the norm, but I found it cool
>MyBoy has cable link through Bluetooth
are you fucking serious?
it can even do it over wifi, and if you port-foward in some way, shape, or form, you can play over the internet. The audio lags a bit, but it uses like 0 bandwidth. Latency matters a lot though.
Solid explorer, L Camera + photoshop express for DNG editing if you have nexus 5 or 6 and know something about photography, poweramp, mxplayer, osmand+ for offline maps and navigation, clover for 4chan
Where can I get the stock email app? Does it work better?
Also, question. Anyone know why Android suddenly won't sync contact and calendar information from my hotmail account?
It worked fine since I got the phone, but about a month ago my mail wasn't syncing so I removed the account and when I added it again it refused to sync my contact and calendar.
All of these are available on F-Droid.
F-Droid build of the Cyanogenmod launcher. It's basically the same functionality as the stock Marshmallow launcher but significantly lighter weight.
Dual-pane file manager with support for FTP, SFTP, Samba, and Dropbox. Like most orthodox file managers it has a bunch of built ins like viewers for text files and images, VFS support for zip files, etc.
It is so far the only text app I've found with the ability to fine-tune your settings enough to get my glitchy-ass connection to send and receive MMS from iPhones on AT&T without crashing hard. The UI is very nice too.
IRC client, fork of Yaaic. It's got a much more modern UI and a bunch of features that Yaaic missed. It's better than anything I've tried on Google Play.
Full Vim, on your Android, with touchscreen support for highlighting regions. Needless to say this is significantly more useful on tablets with physical keyboards attached.
Phonograph for music
Droidddle for web design inspiration
Plaid for web design inspiration
Cabinet for file explorer
Pixlr for photo editing

YouTube background playback
Search Duplicate File
Realy like Search Duplicate File, trying to find a windows app that is similar to it.
I really like how when I select one file in a group that I know is in a folder that also contains a bunch of other files that are duplicates in the results tab, that it lets me autoselect any other files that are in other groups that are also within the same file directory as the file I selected which easily saves me time on cleaning out junk on my phone.

I like Perfect Viewer for the wide format support and ease of use. I'm open to suggestions.
Are you all right? You post like you're having some kind of spasm.
