i got gifted a laptop £200+ from cash converters (yep) and who gifted me it went to take it back 'cause it was too expensive for something like that. luckily it was mismarketed as 1.8GHz when it's actually a solid 1.4GHz, so technically it was a fraudulent sale legally nulling the t&c of "no returns"...
