Mac OS hasn't been on version 10 for 13 years, OS X has been called OS X for 16 years. The version originally changed once every few years, now it's on a yearly update cycle.

I've a better question, why the FUCK are we only doing numbers now? Vista ruined the name game because of its shit? I liked Windows 7. The number was refreshing, its 7, hell yes. Then Windows 8 comes, and I feel a bit off but I go along with it. Now 10? No 9? No name to OS's anymore?

i ran vista on a single core amd with 1 gig of ram and a 36 gig raptor. never had blue screens, could play wow (lol) and run adobe master collection cs3. i used it before sp1 was even released and i never had problems
