I also need some advice that is completely unrelated, but as you're a guitar fag, I'm hoping you can help me.

I play drums, however due to lack of space I've had to sell my kit. Because of this, I'm looking to start guitar, however I have no idea where to start when it comes to gear.

I want something mid-range, something that doesn't sound shit, but also something that isn't completely overkill. I've currently been looking between the £500-600 range, which I'd then use a Line 6 POD Studio GX to connect to my Tannoy speakers through my PC.

If you buy Schecter/LTD, make sure they are made in Korea, as they're one step above chinese ones. Squiers are fine, the Vintage Modified and Classic Vibes lines are nice. The semihollow Epiphones are nice too.

If you don't have an old picture frame, just go to a random thrift store and pick one up. I found that there are different finishes on frame glass, so be wary of that. Mine has a texture to it.

Craft brewing is growing here in Saskatchewan. Two local breweries are about to open soon.

I used to have my u2412m as my main and an old but high quality tn as my secondary, didn't bother me at all.

Lead and jack might be local slang come to think of it, for the record I mean lead as 6mm and jack as 3.5mm.

Most, if not all of the condenser mics you see here use xlr connections, I suppose.

Mics rarely come with 6mm, but 3.5 is a common thing, atleast with headsets, or dynamic microphones.
Then there's mics like the snowball, which to my understanding is usb.

So >>43125055 is xlr straight to the interface. No converters or anything. As everyone knows, condenser mics require the 48V phantom power to drive them. That's what the interface is for. Duh.
