Who here /protein powder diet/?
6-12 scoops, flaxseed oil, and a multivitamin..
>Inexpensive ($130/mo. -- 11lb. of protein is $60-$75. 1 gal. of flaxseed oil is about $50.. A multi is $5.)
>Modular (E.g., increasing calories is a few scoops / some oil; and there's plenty of room for cool herbs and essential oils, etc., within a modest budget -- in research, 60g of onion juice increases test by 300%.)
>Simple (probably the quickest, most filling meals on the menu -- protein is used in so much that 1-2g/lb. is *the* solid suggestion. In fact, research states that serotonin/dopamine respond very rapidly to diet.

Notes:
Casein shows a bunch of benefits vs. whey -- increased bone statistics, fat loss (2x), lean mass gains (2x).
A supplement that's probably worth trying is calcium phosphate powder. Calcium is used for neutralizing acidity, which is plausibly beneficial for joint health. Dietary phosphorus is an element in, e.g., energy production.
I'm also getting L-tryptophan and L-phenylalanine, with mucuna pruriens (L-DOPA), and a strong antioxidant for dopamine protection (ground cloves). Tryptophan produces serotonin, and phenylalanine produces dopamine and norepinephrine (phen. vs. tyrosine is a topic -- only phenylalanine stimulates DOPA formation according to /1898966, listed above, possibly further explained on /17513421).
A study suggests the equivalent of 15g of vitamin C at 1gal. of water. This supposedly supplements the full product of C-making genes.

Just eat food and lift weights

I just had some cheese after ignoring it for ~ a few months.. maybe some broccoli and carrots later, of the same; but that's maybe only because I'm out of casein (just have whey).
I was really cutting out milk and OJ except for taste sips and putting a little OJ on crushed garlic (stopping Thiosulfinate turnover).

>all
It's literally just eating shakes, some extra vitamins, and getting supplements (for feeling gains). Mucuna pruriens and such actually give me dilated pupils.
