I need help, /fit/

I have gotten decently far on my squat and deadlift in the last three months but I'm starting to feel that my core, especially the abs are lagging. What would you recommend I add to my workouts besides situps? I don't feel I get much out of those. I'm also limited on time in the gym since I workout before work in the morning. I have about an hour and a half total.

I started with doing SS in its strictest form, power cleans and all. Now I am in phase three but I'm not seeing an opportunity for any core isolation in the book unless I am just blind to it. Should I move one to an intermediate routine? I don't really feel like I'm ready.

if you are, your hip flexors are too tight and need serious stretching. I have the same problem but am working to fix it - my physio told me to stretch my hip flexors at least three times daily holding the stretch for 30 s +. the most convenient stretch is probably the lunge. youtube it for proper form - the key is to lock your pelvis by squeezing your abs and really feel the stretch in the flexors.

You probably can't get rid of the issue; it's just a function of the shape of your pecs. And having big pecs is a problem that lots of guys wish they had. I'd say your best bet is to try to add mass to your shoulders so that anyone looking at you realizes that the 'man boobs' are in fact muscle. V-necks and henleys might help.

How much do you weight?
I had an tdee of something like 3k-3.5k and are 1.4-1.8k calories daily, it was hard to even get enough protein.
Now There is really no use in loosing muscle while loosing weight. and recovering from malnurishment actually takes some time.
So if you don't know what you are doing, maybe don't. I had alot of knowledge regardnig nutrishen and biochem.

I've been working out for ~6 weeks on a cut (1500kcal/day), and not seeing much improvement in my physique. During my first week my muscles used to ache after the gym, but not so much anymore. I'm starting to think I'm not making much lifting progress - but I don't have a reference to work with on how much more weight I should be lifting by now.

When I started (weights incl. bar):
Seated Barbell Press: 65lbx6
Bench: 105lbx4
Dead: 125lbx4

Now:

you body reacts to stress. in order to increase it's hypothrophy you will need more and more stress. which is kinda difficult(time consuming) by only body workouts. usually HIIT will not make you look like a bodybuilder but make you super fit.

On a cut it is generally hard to increase your weight. and that's not really what you do on a cut anyways.
You lift and eat enough protein to not loose muscle. and your calory deficit lowers your body fat. depending on your calory deficit this progress will be faster or slower. cutting bodyfat is generally the fastest thing to do, where you can see a weekly diference if you loose enough weight.
generally I would advise to do SS untill you max that out. then cut to ~10%bf. becouse now you have the muscle mass to actually look good.
however this depends on your bodyweight and height.
1.5k kcal tells me nothing if I don't know your height, weight and gender.

I'm currently a pyramid PL lifter/calisthenics/cardio i want to go farther

Most likely. Many people walk around with some degree of tearing of the cuff tendons, especially as you get older.
It doesn't always heal well, but it's normal to get rid of the pain nevertheless.

Im cutting back on gym hours for the next 2 months, I'd like to maintain/progress on these lifts still though. I don't want to lose too much muscle mass as I will be running too. Routine is as follows for the next 2 months:
day 1 flat bench
incline bench
dumbbell bench
40 minute jog

I used to go 5 days a week, cutting down to 3 and temporarily ditching all the isolation work. Will I be okay with this for 2 months?

Leave the cardio 'till after you lift. there's an article on bodybuilding.com suggesting warm up sets and how to program them, can't find it now, but you could do that instead of running and shit. As for depth, yeah, I misunderstood, only thing I can think of is watch your stance width and how your knees move and control your descent.
