Feeling fatigued in between exercises

I have no problem following an exercise routine nor do I have a problem giving it my all (I want to make it and be aesthetic after all), but my problem is that I always feel too weak/tired to the next exercise after exerting nearly all of my energy on the first one.

Do you guys pace your energy or do I simply have to wait until my muscles don't feel weak anymore (which is a long waiting period for me honestly, like 10-30 minutes)

it makes sense if you have been sedentary all of your life.

a reason could be that you didnt eat before working out? or doesnt eat enough in general.

give it time and dont give up, gotta do what it takes

which program are you doing? lower your intensity and ramp it up slowly. 1 day between workouts should be plenty to recover
