I know it's mostly water weight, but it was still quite a shock to see the difference. From what I can piece together, I ate well over 10,000 calories yesterday. The destruction in the kitchen indicates it was mostly sugary baked shit, bread, and booze. Friend said I even vomited and went back to eat again afterwards. God have mercy on my soul.

God damn. Time moves slowly when big.
I have no ambition or distractions. All I mentally do every day is a combination of eating and not eating.
I'm not watching a movie for watching a movie, but watching a movie to not eat. I can't focus on anything since I think of food, or eating. Even if it's a "healthy" snack. It's not healthy when you eat 1.5kg in grapes...

Eating and masturbating. Great life.

I have a "welfare-job" - it's like I'm employed, except the government pays my income rather then the company (which happens to be an instance of the government too).
It's nothing to do there, but wander around and look stupid since there are 5 people working there.
Hobbies are worse. I struggle with focus and "joy". It gives me nothing. As watching a movie gives me nothing apart from some flashy colors and some dialogue I can occationally follow. I would rather have a pizza and a beer.

All my life has more or less been passively being told what to do. I lack the ambition and internal drive to do anything. Add in anxiety and depression, and you have recipe for a shitshow. No company wants to pay the salary for a guy that needs a supervisor or someone to constantly tell him how to do it, while also struggle to do said tasks. So ending up paying 2 salaries for the work of half a person when they can hire Chad and pay 1 salary for 1 person.

Captcha takes 5 minutes to solve. Great..

I did swimming only for five months 6 days a week. You will lose weight but unless you do basic lifting and eat 150+ protein a day you won't get shredded, I got stuck at skinny fat for the longest time. Had sweet shoulders though.

long story short, I read somewhere that whey protein can help increase glutathione. The problem was space at my place. There is space for dumbbells which I didn't think of. But wouldn't I also need a bench is I go that route? Or could I get by without one and somehow have a balanced routine?

Cut whatever vegetable you have - squash, carrot, bell-pepper, onion, corn, peas or what else into thin sticks (obviously not for peas and corn and alike).
Warm a little bit of oil at high heat and pour them in there. Stir often and add spices and tastes as you please.
Stuff them in a tortilla with some chicken, tuna, scrambled egg and bacon, or minced meat or cut pork chops whatever. Anything goes. Put some parmesan for taste on it and a dash of delicious quark and eat.

It's generally my go to way of having vegetables as a side. I also recommend the general Italian way of treating them. Onion, bell peppers, carrots, celery in small pieces (or big if you like that) on low heat getting them moist and good. Add tomato sauce and spices. Use oregano and bassilikum for godlike pizza-sauce, or use cumin for a base for your "taco". Add meat if you want.
Serve accordingly.

>pack of pork rinds
>pack of chicken breast fillets
>one egg

>pepper

crush up the pork rinds in the bag with a rolling pin
stir up the egg
cut the chicken breasts into strips
sprinkle some salt and pepper on them
mix them so the salt and pepper cover them evenly
take chicken breasts one at a time
dip it in the egg
dip it into the crushed up pork rinds
put them all on a baking tray with parchment paper
cook in the oven for like 15 or 20 minutes (guessing based on what i did, probably takes less time but i don't take risks with chicken)
take the tray out of the oven
sprinkle more pepper, more salt

tada. best keto chicken tendies i ever had. they even take a little southern fried, even though they were only baked and not fried. really crispy coating from the pork rinds. and barely any carbs. definitely recommend.

I'm cutting by a lot of calories, about 1500 kcal a day. At 6'0"/200lbs/f i need about 2400 kcal according to some calculators online, which I doubt, honestly.
I want to lose weight and actually enjoy not being bloated all the time so I bought protein powder, 83 g /100 g, low fat low carb etc.

What do you think: a few carrots a day for fiber and sugar (+other veggies), supplements, minerals, lots of water and proteinshakes daily, with about 700 kcal total a day?

I'm afraid I will have digestion problems or won't be able to go on the toilet anymore ._.
Has anyone done this? I do work out almost daily, but only a bit of running, squats, situps and all that fuzz.

>>42344526
The more you rigid your diet is the more stressful it will be. Just stay under your TDEE and try to exercise some common sense and restraint. Good habits develop over time, you're not just gonna start eating healthy every day overnight and if you try to do it that way you will fail.
>>
>>42344563
Thank you for your reply.
I lost 11 pounds within the last 4 weeks but I didn't use shakes, hence my question. I'm not stressed out, I simple don't have hunger anymore (finally!) and actually like the progress. Not being bloated all the time, actually feeling and looking thinner, facial fat is mostly gone. I'm flat chested and having a bit more pronounced breasts due to an almost empty stomach feels great.
I want to reach my goal weight and I'm sure I won't binge eat anymore or have any 'jo-jo-effect'. Depression lead me to my past weight and my diet was good beforehand. Kinda like the soylent-diet I would love to meet my macros with almost no calories and being vegetarian makes it hard to eat enough protons; still I used to eat lots of nuts and soy etc
>>
>>42344648
Well assuming you are vegetarian not vegan you can add significant protons to your shakes by getting high protein milk.
>>
>>42342140

>>
>>42344526
You can do an all whey PSMF but it's harder for most people than just getting the protein from lean meat since drinks don't trigger satiety the same way solid food does. If you have the iron willpower, go for it. Remember to take a day every week or so to get some carbs in so you don't feel like death when you're exercising.

I would prefer eating just a bit more powder instead of milk. I don't know, I avoid milk and milk products and may drink 1L of low-fat milk a month. Mainly for guests and our coffee :)

I should add: I don't eat 'that' much soy, it's just not appealing to me. Main source of protein before the weight loss was lentils, nuts, greens and other veggies.
>>42344824
Oh yes! I eat bananas and apples now and then, forget to add that, sorry. I'm still unsure if i should go for keto or not. Maybe eating more carbs on very stressful or demanding days? Keto takes a while to kick in, right?
>>
do you guys recommend I get some meds from the doc? I try to exercise but I get insanely out if breath and my heart beats crazy. I feel dizzy and have a few times gone to nearly feint level. but not actually fully feinted. I have tinitus and it makes my ears ring so loud it hurts I just want it to stop so bad I realize how dumb it is to exercise. anyway, the main thing I find hard is on occasion I taste blood, like my heart really struggled with a bit of brisk walking uphill.

I have had a diabetic check and apparently my blood pressure is poor and I might need blood pressure tablets. the nurse said I could try to get better by myself just eating less salt and butter and fat, which I have done as it's easy to skip that stuff in summer anyways. I'm not a food addict like most fatties, just really fucking sedentary.

today I ate:
-2 Eggs with Tabasco sauce, and some steamed brocc on the side.
-Made some thai basil chicken (lb finely chopped chicken breast) with leftover brocc, a little too salty so I'll cut it down.
-snacked on a banana
-drank a 12 ounce red bull (trying to quit)
-and made a cup of rice, with soy sauce and shrimp

Other than the high salt, is this bad or doing okay? What could I add for a night time snack that isn't too bad, I'm thinking some kiwis or berries or maybe nuts when I can afford them. Kinda hard too, cause I just want to eat fazolli's or make some other pasta.

can't eat red meat btw, so no jerky or anything like that.

You don't get fat by not exercising, you get fat by eating more calories than your body needs. You may not consider yourself addicted to food, most fat people wouldn't, but we all have eaten too much to get as fat as we are.
>>
>>42344955
There's a difference between being addicted to eating, and eating slightly above what your body needs over time.

Why do you keep saying shit like this? You're fat. We both know it. You aren't a less bad fat for doing things you think aren't as bad as other fats, you're lying to yourself. If normies eat more often than you, why aren't they fat? Because you eat more. So why would it matter how often they eat if they still eat less?

Go to a doctor, this sounds serious. Heart problems are nothing to joke about! Sounds like low blood pressure and low blood sugar, but we are not doctors so GET YOUR ASS TO A DOC.
I used to have the same symptoms and it turned out to be some issues with my heart; it got way better when I lost weight.
>>42344928
Your list was so good until you mentioned the red bull. I wish you luck quitting this concentrated sugar mess, maybe go for a sugarfree version?
>is this bad or doing okay?
Sounds good so far, do you count calories? Get yourself a digital scale, they cost almost nothing, and start measuring how much you're eating exactly. It's extremely helpful and important, i do it daily and keep track of how much i'm eating.
>>42344993
I think I will stick to just reducing caloric intake without cutting carbs out; weight loss is going great so far. Quitting sugar was hard and I try to avoid those kinds of carbohydrates.

I literally eat like shit but I just eat less of it and so far it has been working pretty well. I stopped drinking soda 2 days ago completely as well, hopefully that will aid in it.

I have a question though, I haven't done any exercise yet but I think I would like to try and go out for a short run tomorrow morning and build up.overtime.

Should I start out with a 1 mile run? Maybe 3/4ths of the mile running and 1/4th of the mile speedwalking or some shit?

Rate my progress /fat/. Down from 270 lbs at 6'4" in the left picture to 220 lbs in the right in about 4 months. ECA stack has been doing wonders for me as well as the fact that I started walking to work instead of driving as I only live a mile and a half away. The hunger pangs are still horrible though, and I find myself wanting another Klondike bar every day despite not even being close to my goal.
>>
>>42345110
If you can run the whole mile without any problems, then you can do that
I tried starting with a mile, but at half mile I just fucked my shins all up. I'd run quarter mile, walk quarter, run quarter, walk last quarter if you can.
>>
>>42345110
The way I did it was by having a playlist comprised of 3 minute or so long songs on my phone and jogging to the first one while walking at a fast-ish pace for the next and so on until I hit 2 miles. Imo time flies this way and it has really helped my aerobic capacity to the point where I can jog for 4 miles without having to walk.

You'll be too tired to lift heavy/increased weights the day after a 5k. You will injure yourself -
precisely on the second or third day of Week 3, possibly while doing the press.

Add accessory/assistant exercises to SS after you learn the program in Week 1. Keep the reps high on your accessories.

If you must run, make it a 3k. Maybe once a week during the 2-day weekend break in SS.

As long as you're doing SS with a couple of accessories, consistently increasing your weights, and eating at a 500kcal deficit, you'll be surprised at the immediate results.

If you overtrain, on the other hand, you won't be able to complete 2 months. Exhaustion limits you real bad.
>>
>>42345374
I do a 4 day split with Bench, squat, Deadlift, and Auxillary muscles being the main lifting sets each day. On my "rest" days I usually sit in my room and do 150 crunches or hop on a rowing machine for an hour and honestly it feels great.

Thanks man. My feet were sore as hell but it was fun.

I'm not benching yet because I felt like my strength was unbalanced between my left and right arms, so right now I'm working on a chest press machine and using dumbbells for tricep push aways, to even that out.

I'm squatting ,though. Last time was 35kg, working my way up. Baby steps.

As for the food, homemade vegetable tempura. I went to a going away party for a friend in Tokyo. It was delicious.

At the risk of sounding dumb, how exactly do you go about lowering body fat? Just lifting while cutting? Or do I just keep doing what I'm doing and shed more pounds?
>>
>>42345749
Never be afraid to ask question.
I'm not an expert at all, but you should probably lift so you'll end up with some visible muscle.

But the only requirement is cutting fat. Continue what you are doing if it's working for weight loss, but get on a beginner lifting program like Starting Strength (read the book) to build some muscle too.
>>
>>42345780
I did SL for like two weeks in June but honestly I fucking hate the gym and I did not enjoy lifting. I know I'll look like shit if I don't put on any muscle though, so I'm starting again tonight with GSLP because I hated squatting three days a week. I'm gonna give it all I have, I figure if I have the patience and discipline to stick to a diet and lose 30 pounds then I can get over my social anxiety and work out for 5 hours a week.
>>
>>42345855
It's good you are trying again, but if you hate lifting don't five yourself. Maybe bodyweigjt exercises instead?
>>
>>42345872
I might end up going that route, but I don't wanna give up just yet. I mean there are people here way more autistic than me that manage to get over it and get themselves in the gym every day. I promised myself I'd stick to this routine for 4 weeks and then make a decision from there. Figure that's enough time to really get a feel for it and decide if it's for me or not, and maybe also be able to see what kind of accessories I want to add if I do end up enjoying it.

Just because you're cutting doesn't mean that the meals you do have won't provide you adequate energy for the next few hours, just not enough for the whole day (hence your body using fat)

Not that anon, but these two posts triggered me so much. That's a perfectly fine weight for someone who doesn't have a lot of muscle and by no means unhealthy, and the sticky even recommends getting down to 10-12% body fat before focusing on lifting. The cravings meme is also bullshit, you won't feel significantly hungrier if you eat 200 kcals fewer. The reason people think people on low kcal diets will fail is that diets have a huge failure rate in general, and their confirmation bias kicks in when someone on a low kcal diet fails.

Damn, congrats.. that gives me hope. Were you running? if so how many km's if i may ask?

Got a treadmill off gumtree because I'm too lazy to do real running, do my cardio on there for the most part. I try to burn 200 a day + 1600kcal.

I know exactly how you feel about work, but the first week or so after starting proper dieting is the hardest part because your body still wants you to eat like a pig. I had several false starts where I kinda did well for a while and then fucked up along the way, it's just a long term short term thing; you can eat as much as you want now (and feel like shit after) or focus on the weight coming off, which is its own reward after a certain amount of time

I get that you're still fat, but you lack lean mass, so you'll be genuinely underweight if you keep losing (you'll probably lose some additional muscle too). If your psychiatrist sends you to some anorexia shit you'll be set back by months, and you definitely don't want that, so just focus on lifting for now, or get a better calisthenics program if you feel like the one you're currently doing is shit.

imagine you've got a chimney fire that you maintain with little sticks ever so often, the flame won't be so high? then once in a while, when the fire is dying out, you put in a log, and it restarts the fire and fuels it for hours after. That's how it works, logically. I tried and tested it myself a couple of times, it worked for me. Also one thing I learned is that since you're already plateauing (as in having gained some water weight that negates your fat loss on scale), you might as well go to maintenance a couple days, then go back down progressively to where you were, and that'll help you shed the accumulated water weight, and pick back fat loss where you left it (+ seeing the woosh effect, as in the sudden drop in weight after the combined water weight and fat loss drop).

Plus I still think timetabling your surplus days in is retarded
>>
>>42350352
I'm not going to generalize, but I'll say this :
I'm not white, but I've always admired white people as a civilization for their progress and scientific minds, but really one thing I don't envy them, is that with the comfort the scientific revolution has brought them, they seem to experience so much less hardship in life that they don't develop the part of their mind that works to have mental fortitude, and break down over small things.
I'm not saying the prospect of losing your job is a small thing, I just think it's not worth binging/purging/self-harming yourself over.
>>
>>42350360
the metabolic breakdown of calories is similar to combustion (hence the metaphor), which is why and how we estimate the calories in food. A simple increase in the intake will necessitate a greater energy expenditure mobilization in order to cater to the breakdown of the food.
In reality, people think that fire "eats" wood and things, while in fact it's more like wood breaking down inside fire's environment. Same goes for the digestion process. We're not so much eaters as we are consumers, per say.
Hope this makes more sense.

>>
>>42350372
I'm white but I don't think there's any point in equating the average joe with white civilisation, he didn't contribute to where we are now but he is benefiting from it. And what you're describing is just first world problems, most people living in 'the west' will have it to varying degrees. People who are more complacent both physically and mentally + all the additional shit in our food + wealth and disposable income to buy whatever you want whenever you want (at least with awful food) resulted in this time period having the fattest people in human history
>>
>>42350409
jesus triggered much...I'm neither of those, but I was born and raised in 1st world northern europe, from first generation immigrant parents who came to study there and both got PhDs, and made it big, I'm probably better educated and richer than you.
It's easy to think anyone that has some criticism towards you is inferior to you. I don't like people who complain about their condition, like "american nigs" who want slavery reparations which was the obvious point of my comment, but you're honestly not better than them if you think you too aren't affected by a biased representation of what actual hardship by human standards is.

>>42350413
Yeah, I'm sure Afrikaaners for exemple have it way worse than any other white people. I only empathize with "missionary/colon/settler" types of white people that come to -lawfully- live in a remote second/thirld world place.

>>42350452
yeah, first world problems was the essence of my post. of course, as you said, average joe didn't build rome, but still benefits from it. I'm just looking into the future of societies and thinking where is civilization as a whole going, you know?
>>
>>42350469
>but I was born and raised in 1st world northern europe, from first generation immigrant parents who came to study there and both got PhDs, and made it big, I'm probably better educated and richer than you.

So then why do you think you have any ability to judge white people who are poorer than you when you were raised in better conditions than them and have never even set foot in a 3rd world country, you dumb nigger?

>It's easy to think anyone that has some criticism towards you is inferior to you.

>says he's the son of rich PhD holders
>I'm probably better educated and richer than you

Why should we be taking lectures from you again
>>
>>42350490
you think being raised in better conditions means not knowing what hardship is? My family and my own success were based on the foundation that you should suffer anything to improve your condition, it's the sole reason why we are now wealthy. My parents came to this country with literally a hundred currency in their pockets, literally change, yet they made it. And you tell me a white poor person who's from here hasn't the ability to do the same or any better? You're deluded pal, it boils down to taking chances and working hard to what you want. But this is classic toxic poor people behavior (some of them actually want to improve), they'd rather blame other circumstances than their own lack of dedication.
>never even set foot in a third world country
I've lived in my parent's origin countries for many years, often on family visits or vacations. Most of my family there is still poor, and I know their hardship because I live through them.

>non white = inferior
yeah sure, hold on to your "genetic" superiority meme. Only material possessions/scientific knowledge matter in this world.

>>42350506
Never claimed to be giving out lectures, just stated my opinion. Besides, anybody with enough clear judgment (as in the correct moral and ethical values to determine categories of judgment) can reason through an event and assess whether it is a serious issue or not.
But sure, make it sound like the people who obviously have a leeway in accessing that kind of knowledge, or the material wealth to acquire the protection necessary to sustain habits such as ethics/morals don't know shit about what a "hardship" is. It's not because some of my knowledge is purely theoretical that I still don't have some sense to make judgments.
simple analogy : so you know the stove burns, but you only trust people who burned their hands on it to tell you it hurts?

>you think being raised in better conditions means not knowing what hardship is?

That was the basis of your entire argument, that whitey doesn't know hardship so he breaks down more easily, but it's different for you even though you were raised in a white country and had more of the advantages than most white people have. So are you saying that you're more fragile because you're MORE pampered than the average white in the country you're living in?

>My parents came to this country with literally a hundred currency in their pockets, literally change, yet they made it. And you tell me a white poor person who's from here hasn't the ability to do the same or any better?

And many white people have, what does this even mean? Do you somehow think that you understand your parents' struggles just because you're their child? YOU didn't do anything, you just witnessed them doing something.

>I've lived in my parent's origin countries for many years, often on family visits or vacations.

lol, you're some bougie fuck who thinks volunteering in Africa means you have any conception of what ordinary life is like for those people.

Weird that you're mad at another guy for talking about race when your entire argument is race-based. wow you guys are butthurt to the max. I stated in my first post that I didn't want to generalize, but sure you're going to go ahead and make a generalization out of me.
I was talking about first wold problems like this guy docking himself because he ate a tub of icecream after making a mistake at work...
You can't take criticism, even when it's targeted at being constructive and changing a mentality. You obviously also disregard the fact I have said I admire white civilization on many other aspects. You can go fuck yourself.
I don't go volunteer in Africa, I said I go live with extended poor family, in rural undeveloped areas what's more. Have some reading comprehension.
Yes I think I understand my parent's struggle because I lived through some of them, like having to stave/eat poorly during my childhood because my parents were not always wealthy. My mom was sick for some time and couldn't work, my dad left the house when I was a child, and only provided a pension every other month or so. But still you think you got a read on me because I simply was honest enough to say I got a good education and my parents are rich.
If you had any intelligence, you'd understand it's not possible to make it in just a couple years, and I have lived through the grinding of my parents up until I was an adult. And I did some things for them, like I do for myself now, like deal with administrative paperwork, banks, healthcare fees, taxes, manage (clean, make visits) my parent's estate, worked for my dad unpaid for a while to alleviate his work load. But sure, just assume I am a bougie fuck who's been pampered through my whole life.
As a result, I can say I am more conscious (not exempt) from first world problems complacency, than someone like my peers from social status, who are white and have been sheltered from this all throughout their lives.
cont...
>>
>>42350660
>your entire argument is race-based. Not entirely, as I said "civilization, as in scientific progress" was the factor in people becoming complacent. It just so happens that the white civilization was the more advanced, and is suffering more from it as a result.
the other guy implied genetic superiority, while I only recognized material/scientific superiority. In that aspect, I still think whites are superior. Does that mean I am a racist? I don't think so.

>>42350660

Yes I went to private school, but it meant wearing second hand clothes from thrift stores, eating junk sale discount hypermarket food daily, never having money for anything and such. I'm not going to tell you about the kind of discrimination I have received from the rich kids at private school just for being poorer than them on appearance and financially for a long while (I'm not going to stoop low and pull the race card, though I was the only non-white there). I did explain what it has to do with being white, I said white civilization is more advanced, the people who live there are majoritarily white, there are more prone to being sheltered/complacent about their problems. It's easy as that, I'm not saying they are genetically inferior or anything, just that external factors such as a complacent society made some of them soft.
You clearly have an inferiority complex towards rich people, meanwhile I have worked on mine and buried it long ago, because I have actually lived with rich people, unlike you. See how I switched it up on you? Now go fuck yourself.

Yes, I think you can benefit from a paren'ts self destructive behavior in the sense that it can become a lead not by exemple case, as in you know exactly first hand experience how destructive such habit as alcoholism (which my dad has mildly) can do to someone. There are a lot of people who swear to never become their own parent's monsters (like that dad thread a while ago where a lot of guys said they were abused but know exactly from it what not to do when raising a child). I'm not saying everyone can sift through the net and not pick up on the destructive behaviors as some do imprint on you (it took me a lot of time to fix my mom's imprinted eating behaviors on me, like binges and stuff, to keep this related to topic), but you will and always have self-control in the end, and can master any hardship if you assess it correctly, which is my point.

In literal terms, I think he means that your TDEE lowers in response to eating at a deficit as a kind of survival mechanism or for some other reason, and eating at maintenance for a day is supposedly able to reset it back to normal, so you can lose weight faster again.
Honestly though, I think the whole idea of plateaus is a meme, because there is no way your TDEE can decrease by enough for you to not lose fat, so plateaus are probably just some kind of statistical anomaly caused by all the different factors that affect your weight besides fat, or you simply fucked up the calorie counting. The reason this method may seemingly work is partly confirmation bias (you plateau for a week, eat at maintenance to get through the plateau, and you do get through it, not because the method works, but because you would have gotten through it eventually anyway), or that it can help you get rid of accumulated water weight or whatever.

Well I sincerely hope your kids fare well in public school, and that even with your poor (as in mentally poor) attitude towards accumulating wealth, because you fell for the "all rich people are evil" meme, you won't get your kids into being working class too like you. You are though, I went to university with a ton of rich kids because I succeeded in education even though I didn't go to some toff school (guess that's my parents' fault though, what with one of them dying from brain cancer, guess they just didn't have the right motivation though, right?), all the richfags all did the same song and dance that you're doing now, they all tried to say they understood poor people and being poor because they washed daddy's conservatory once, they all claimed they were poor when they were toddlers and their parents were thrifty and therefore they knew being poor. It's honestly pathetic.

I'd rather raise my child poor than let them grow up to have the richfag mentality, it's fucking cancer.

where I live private school is like 300euros per semester, for the top notch ones. It's not difficult to save that amount, even when my dad was working a shitty job and my mom had none. I stayed at that same school all throughout elementary, middle and high school.
>never had to do anything during childhood
I did my part, cleaning, cooking, doing groceries with my mother, up until I became a teen and started helping out with administrative paperwork, work for my dad, still do a lot around the house.
>parents rich into adulthood
>I worked for this
do you think I still leech on them? No, they never gave me a dime ever since I graduated high school and left the house. I started working a job, saved for renting a studio apartment, and moved out. Then I took up higher education, and now have a PhD in a well-paying field, and can now afford anything I want for myself. I worked for this, nigger. I virtually made it without their help, because I went into a higher education system that is chance-based for admissions and not based on your previous schools. You can suck it.

>it's another "poorfag tries to diminish self-made wealthyfag's accomplishments because he can't handle being so insecure about his own failures/circumstances".
Jesus what a defeatist outlook you have on life, beind deluded into becoming a stereotype of the "class war" shitposter, ultimately not because you were raised poor (as I was) but because you found it a convenient reason to justify your lack of achievements. Get well soon.

So what if they really were, idiot? Do you even know about shifting class demographics? In the civilized world, the middle class is booming. Of course statistically you're going to see more and more people who will say they grew up poorer and made it to wealth ultimately. It's how society works, people are supposed to get richer as they go. But how would you know, you stagnating scumpond?

>>42351081
Yeah, because being poor simply amounts to how much chores you have to do right? It's not about how much money you or your providers make, how well you eat/are sheltered right? I was answering a question about what I DID during childhood, iliterate fag.

>>
>>42351153
Who's saying it's impossible to make it?

When you're a child you are practically entirely environmentally determined, people who claim that people who were rich as children do not understand what poor people are like as children doesn't mean they don't think adults can change.

You somehow think that doing chores for your parents, and then your parents became rich, means that you somehow did that. You didn't, it wasn't your success.

>>42351176
everything about your post screams social status signalling. I never did anything like this. Also learn to read mate, I never said my parents did nothing, they raised me, then I made it after graduating all by myself. Nice car dude, btw, you're everything wrong with "new rich" people mentality, as soon as they get a bit of money, they go and spend it on useless signalling shit like this. Good job trying to appear more virtuous than me, really. Meanwhile I never tried to appear more virtuous than anyone in this thread, rich or poor, i just made an initial statement which contained an opinion and was asked further details on my socio-demographics so that people could get a read on where I came from. People took it as an invitation to deviate the purpose of my statement towards a classic class war debate.

>implying I am the new rich
yeah, I only implied you were the "new rich" because I had the decency to assume you wouldn't boast about your car if you came from old money and did jack shit to get it. Very disappointing of you, anon...You're making even more of a fool of yourself.

I'm not saying don't spend money on what you enjoy (if you do have the means), I'm saying it's a common trap for new rich people that the first bit of money they get goes to something useless, instead of an asset or investment that has returns.

>first little bit of money goes into a car to show status
so you're saying you're not "new rich", yet your "first bit of money" (as in that you actually worked for I assume? since you said you aren't new rich) goes exactly into something a "new rich" would buy. Even more pathetic, someone that comes from old money, needs to "show status" (kek if you were really rich, it wouldn't matter), yet still does "new rich" tier transactions. Get help faggot, you're going to bankrupt. But I'm sure daddy will save your ass.
Now this is the kind of richfags the other guys were talking about.

>it means absolutely nothing on a fucking anon fitness board
yep, my point exactly thoughout this whole argument following my first response. But am I the one to blame if it goes there, since people were vehemently asking about my class/financial stability? No, I'm not taking responsibility for having some accountability and displaying what I have when it's relevant to letting others know where I stand on a societal topic like first world problems. So it's only more relevant. I'm not here to signal as I said in the post you responded to. Learn to read.

anon what meme did you fall for this time
>>
>>42351407
>implying my first few shekels were put in that car or anything threatening my financial future
>implying my dad was rich
Sorry senpai, I married into money at a later age

Also I'm pretty sure I'm alright with my current finances, making a solid 18% return on my main assets a year is pretty stable, while doing regular flips on the side which are the sources of extra income which make me buy a car like that

All I'm doing here is showing you that there's always an anonymous faggot bigger, stronger, faster, richer, more social, better at anything you do. That is for everyone, so no need to brag about yourself with your amazingly well paid "phd" job

And yet again
>implying you buy a super car for the status, not for the fact that you really enjoy driving fast cars
If that's your initial goal, then you're the one making a mistake senpai
>>

>>
>>42351659
wow...
I'm going to point you first to your initial statements, then your responses. I hope you see who's the one making the mistake here :

>first little bit of money goes into a car to show status
>implying my first few shekels were put in that car or anything threatening my financial future

and :
>first little bit of money goes into a car to show status
>implying you buy a super car for the status, not for the fact that you really enjoy driving fast cars

And I'm the one >implying?? Here's the rundown :
1. You are effectively illiterate and mentally retarded, thus why you had a cognitive lapse of judgment and mistakenly made the first series of statements. Free pass, it's not on you being a downie.
2. You were lying by ommission about why it was being your first little bit of money because you wanted to make it seem like you had that kind of money fast after starting working, meanwhile you just admitted in this post that you actually married into money. So you did in fact have a "new rich" behavior.

3. You're actually outright lying about the origin of that money, and it's more plausible that it was mommy/old hag that paid your first car, but you were too afraid to say "mummy gibs me first bit of money to accessorize her meathead pet that I am so SHE can actually signal status and cope in front of her rich friends about marrying a mediocre illiterate meathead" so you just narrated it as "first bit of money" to make it seem like you worked for it. Judgment : Despicable.

4. Even more pathetic, your sources of extra incomes and assets all come from mommy/old hag wife lending them to you for "management", and they're not actually yours, you're just waiting on her to die (which you probably are like the meathead you are).

>marries into money
>all previous comments imply he wasn't already rich himself
>lives off another person's provisions
>claims he is better than me at anything.

Verdict : KYS

Some people here say it's a meme, I actually read a lot of reviews on it from amazon and the general return on it was that it mildly seemed to work after a while, however that people were not sure if it was the supplement or them adjusting to the diet. No verified scientific protocols I know of, you could look if studies have been published on it. I don't trust weight loss industry much, but if there's money to be made, it doesnt matter if it works or not to them, so there's a chance it actually works (as an appetite suppressant).
I've heard more good stuff about capsicum, coffee, nicotine.
