I'm going to confess. I ate leftover fried food today, i know it wasn't right. But it was our final. After that, we are storing healthy shit in our fridge for the sake of my health (and fiance's).

Well I don't know if I'm still fatass nevertheless I feel like one.
quick story:
Got my shit together around 2nd week of May.
Scale showed 103,7 kg. I thought HOLY FUCKING SHIT ITS TOO MUCH.
Started using myfitnesspal to count calories and macro as well as doing cardio at least 3 times a week. (started with long walks - 1hr+, then went for quasi intervals). At the beginning I've couldn't even jog for 4min straight. 3 days ago I've did 5km on 26min.

How do i get more energy?
before I lost these 27 lbs this summer I had energy, but ever since I started keto last week (21st) (It made me loose 7 lbs, but thats water and it felt terrible) I've not even been able to get basic shit done.
I cant do caffeine since I'm extremely sensitive to it.
The only thing that works is ice cold showers, and that only lasts a couple hours.

I just broke keto, gonna just keep with low carb. But I need energy.

Your TDEE increases as you gain weight, so the number of pounds will be inaccurate when you consider longer periods, like a year. They could just look up how much weight you'd have to gain for your body to be in equilibrium again, and say that you will asymptotically approach that weight, but that would be too much math for the viewer.

So about a month ago, i though i'd take a break from diet for a while because healthy food can get either bland, or expensive, and my job took everything out of me (aka. i'm a weak willed fag)

I couldn't go full trash food mode to save some money, but i completely stopped fighting my urges to buy a can of soda, a cookie, a popcorn or w/e.
First thing i noticed, is that i can't consume nearly as much as these products as i used to. Back in the day i could drink a 2l bottle of soda in 2 hours or less, now i feel sick if i drink more than 3 dl in one sitting and don't want any for days.
I'm a hard physical worker, and rarely have any free days still it surprised me that i kept losing weight even though i completely stopped tracking calories, and sticking to my diet.

This felt great and all but now i started to notice a few worrisome things at work.
I'm now getting bursts of energy instead of a steady pace, and by the end of the day, i feel way more exhausted.
I cant focus as much, these bursts make me a brainlet at work.
My regeneration is completely fucked up, wounds take longer to heal, and joint pains are getting worse and worse.

I know this is nothing new to you guys, but experiencing this on my own skin was something i thought i had to share.

Stay the fuck away from fast carbs, they're poison.

I have lost around 11-12 kilograms in the last 3 months. I started calorie counting and eating 1700kcal a day, having occasional days where I go over (social outings) but never over 2000. During this time, I have pretty much eaten whatever I feel like. This includes fast food (no soft drink / soda at all though) which is a regular thing, because I work at a warehouse located next to a shopping centre and there is nowhere to store our own food. I don't get fast food literally every day - moreso once a week, and the other days I will just skip lunch and eat a bigger breakfast/dinner + snacks to compensate. My other meals of the day are always home-cooked meal prep things. My question is - will this fuck me up in any way? I understand that fast food is awful, but I don't really have much of a choice as every food place in the shopping center is fast food and I have no way to bring my own meals. Does anyone else have this problem also?

Guys how do I stop wasting money I need for healthy food on vices?

My sexual vice is that I like to purchase novelty bedsheets, and have sex with prostitutes in them a few times. I find it enjoyable to subject prostitutes to this because it humiliates them further, then I throw the sheets and buy new ones. ive found that doing this helps me maintain a steady weightloss while still having the energy to workout. lifting is a lot harder than it should be though because of the deficit but it's pretty easy doing this since protein makes me feel fuller. you really should only light lift while losing since cardio is all you really need to do. It could be a lot of different things.
Are you sure you are in a deficit? Counting calories correctly and knowing your TDEE?
Sometimes it's just water retention, if you are lifting maybe you gained some muscle mass, or you just need a diet break of 1 - 2 weeks eating at maintenance.

Don't trust the scale, specially the ones that measure bodyfat and muscle mass. At your bodyfat you can clearly know if you are eating right just by looking at the mirror. And if you're counting calories and know your TDEE, there should be no problems.

My meaning was I'm (morbidly) obese by both medical standards and normie standards and how that relates to my self-image in comparison to a 30 bmi person.
But ty for the responses it is motivating, as I have been 'off the wagon' and it helps the remember that people probably look at me and think "how is that thing even able to walk" (even though walking itself isn't a struggle for me at this size like it is for a 500/600lb person). unironically this afternoon, I was listening to some music with my headphones at home (just getting back from a trip outside) and was pacing down the corridor dancing, and caught myself in the wall mirror so I made one of those bodybuilder poses and for a moment, I saw it. If you don't want loose skin hear me out. I was 265 at 6'0 max and dropped to now ~157. I know I'm far from making it but something I can be grateful for is no loose skin, and I' fairly sure why. Every time I reached a new product of 10 (250, 240, 230, etc) I'd be overly proud and get content. I'd stay in that weight zone for a week or two before advancing. Losing the 10 lbs itself wasn't hard at all because I mostly was able to fast

Losing weight in cycles, I'm almost 100% sure, is why I don't have loose skin. Good luck all

You might not see it in the mirror yourself, because the changes you see are extremely gradual, looking at yourself in the mirror everyday.

But the change is almost certainly visible to people who don't see you everyday.

And the non-swollen face and less severe double chin are bigger things than you're giving yourself credit for.

I'd just like to thank you all for these threads, I weighted 80kg being 1,78cm tall and after 3 weeks now i'm 74kg, helped me a lot with running and almost doing my pull ups attempts.

I think i'll go down to 65kg or something and then just go back to eat something like 1900kcal a day (eating 1100-1350 a day at the moment)

1800 could be a lots of calories.

If I may: Knuckle Ground (2 times) beef with garlic and a little oil plus a little bit of water, add that with corn and beans (wash to clena a bit of the sodium) and coocked carrots.

Then smash everything together and add salt or some other light flavour (but not too much).

pic related is less than 200kcal for example, this with lots of water and you'll feel full.

Obivously there's lots of better foods, but I started not longe ago, but with this you cna and will be able to eat not more thant 1600 a day and will fell ok with yourself.

Past 2 months i've gained 15 lbs back because it's 100 outside almost every day and I just sit inside because I work a 9 month job.

I'm sick of it and have another month before I go back to work. I usually lose the weight quickly because once we start back i'm working 10 hour shifts again.

I think i'll finally join a gym and work out super early morning to avoid the people. I'm ready /fat/ to stop buying crisps and eating chips because I wake up each day wondering when will a heart attack or other fat related illness is going to kill me.

250 to start let's see how it is next week.
