I think I am a bad person guys.

I used to go to the gym and watch people work out. I myself am very fat, like bmi 32 or something and just wanted to observe

I once saw an anorexic girl working out, she was pretty clearly anorexic at least I think she was, very skinny and stuff.

For some reason I got pissed off at her for being skinnier than me, so I bought a tub of fat burning tablets off the internet. Then I went into the changing rooms after her and tapped her on the shoulder and said 'I think you dropped these', and handed them to her.She probably went home and killed herself or starved herslef some more. I also followed her home and posted a high calorie chocolate bar through her letterbox to make her paranoid

I did that, and have lost 8 kg in 2 months which is perfectly on schedule. I guess fitbit telling me I've used 3000-4000 kcal in a day must be close to reality.

When I first had the flu months ago, I just kept telling myself it'll pass and just sucked it up ( lasted about a week). In hindsight I should have had some chicken broth; I have heard that helps a lot. Haven't had any keto flu since I first started.

As for my daily meals, one of my staple meals (probably 50% of my diet) has been Hot n Spicy chicken wings from costco, the foster farms ones. Easy to make and taste really good. I have them with ranch sometimes. Otherwise I eat eggs, bacon, sausage, taco salad (ground beef/ lettuce/ sour cream / cheese), in-n-out 4x3 proteins style and of course veggies. I should mention that when I eat these foods it's usually just that food, for example, ill have just 11 chicken wings w/ ranch and some veggies for the day and that will be it (fits caloric limit I set) or have 6 eggs w/ some steak another day and that's it. I'll then eat again in 24 hrs; I just feel that it makes my life simpler and it makes it so that I dont worry about eating for the rest of the day.

Also for dessert i'll try to squeeze a pint of Halo Top ice cream maybe once every two weeks.

For a while I was riding high on the weight loss and feeling great but lately I've been feeling incredibly depressed because I have no idea how to make friends, and over the weight loss I seemed to lose all friends besides one very autistic guy. Tried reconnecting on Facebook but all my school friends are wankers pretty much, and two it's awkward as fuck when they don't live near anymore, and I'm a KHV living with parents.

I get plenty of compliments from parents and they respect my loss, but now they just bully me over my job situation and take any money I do earn. If you don't eat meat and don't have protein shakes it's not really possible.

For example Broccoli at 200 calories worth is 17g of protein. So unless you eat 1000 calories or 2/3rds of your calories a day from broccoli you won't get to 100g of protein, and mushrooms are even lower.

What is starting to suck a little is I was managing to keep food costs down for a long time but now my diet is basically shoving vegetables, soy milk, and low calorie food down my gullet. Okay /fat/ you've probably seen me shilling for a couple weeks now about how I was going to get a caliper in the mail, well it arrived today...
Here's what I was expecting from it :
to get an average estimate on my bf% because I want to get down to at least 16% clean (womanlet here) before I start bulking.
A couple disclaimers : I was going by tape measurements beforehand, and my last tape measurement (still at same weight, hit a small plateau) was 4 days ago and averaged at 20.6%.

So I took my skinfold measurements, and ran a couple calculators. I did a couple 3folds and 7folds (I assume 7 is the most accurate).
I got pic related. I'd say it averages out at around 17% all in all.
I know these tests are not the most accurate (I've read that calipers can have a 3.5% margin of error), and I'm somewhat baffled I could be 17% because I honestly look skinnyfat to me.
So I guess, what I'm going to do is cut till 13% (by that caliper scale) that way if I was closer to 20% realistically I'd be at 16% ?
I'm not sure this is the safest way to do it...
Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Thats what I did its been a couple years since ive been seriously lifting again and for the first time I have pretty well a full 6pack just a tiny bit of flab distorting the middle ab on my right side. So now im finally cutting and loosing strength which sucks but I'm still gaining in some lifts and I dont look skelly arms are 17inch with a slight pump. Still look small because im 6'4 .

Thanks for the sound advice. I did some research and the timeline to achieve my desired lean mass gain is about four to five years. I did specify that I wanted to cut deep for that particular aspect, so that I can bulk for an extended period of time before cutting again.
I asked for a range of weight to lose, or an estimate of bf% that I could go by so that I can know for sure how much still I need to lose.
So far, I'm going for 4.7kg more of loss.
I might go for less if my bf% is lower than 15% before reaching that weight. So your <5kg estimate is not so off.
I'm going to lift (heavy) as soon as I can, right now I do with free weights at home.

I used to just straight go for the plus size part of a clothing site and not even see what the other sizes have to offer. And even though sometimes the big bitches sizes have really nice things, the actual normal half of the site has more variety. I'm tired of being corralled into that plus size section like the proverbial cow that I am... NOT EVEN A COW COWS HAVE MUSCLE (also cows are adorable and want to be your friend, fat bitches are ugly and hate everything)...

Thing is, I'm big boned. And I'm not a fucking idiot, no one gains obscene pounds of bones. But once upon a time I was skinny, and my fucking kneecaps on their own are the size of softballs. And I don't have outrageously sized knees, they're proportionate. They're also bent-in because I'm knock-kneed. But the only way to fix that is for the doctor to break my kneecaps and reset them, no thank you. No thank you.

I'm done with my tangent, I just miss normal clothes.

I don't know why every ""tough bitch"" has to consistently seek out conflict to prove the pussy between her legs doesn't make her weak.

I understand where you're coming from, I have a boyfriend who has a medical condition and can't really gain muscle. He's like a twig. So I'm the physically strong one, and the "defender" (fuckin silly thing to say). But I also know how to shoot a gun if there's a home invasion. I alarm the doors before bed. I know to avoid dark and unknown places, and I don't walk alone at night. Some people don't have that option, but anything you can do to decrease the risk of danger is going to help you out a hundred times more than those self-defense classes ever will.

I can promise you that the click of a shotgun is more intimidating than muscles. And I'm assuming that you want to be intimidating for self-defense purposes. Because if you're just sitting in Applebee's and you've got hulk muscles, people don't care. They're not going to be intimidated by you, they're not even going to look at you.
