Anyone ever try Caspian Sea yogurt?

It tastes really similar to Greek Yogurt, but it's supposed to be good for your skin and gut flora. It's really popular in Japan (pictured below the Oikos.

It's really viscous though, kinda goopy.

Too bad I can only find Skippy PB here instead of natural stuff.

I've had tricep tendonitis for a couple years now, so I thought I would be doomed to the eternal skinnyfat life after losing weight, but I've found a youtube video that recommended doing eccentric exercises, and after two days of doing them, I can already do a push-up without pain, and do daily tasks that used to cause pain without pain.
I'm not retarded though, I'm not gonna start lifting or calisthenics right now, but I'm looking forward to starting them in about a month, after I'm done losing weight.

I went on the toughest hike I've been on since losing weight, this morning. It was excellent! All the people on the trail were really nice and I did a lot better than I thought. I could have probably done a much longer hike or slightly steeper. I was sweating so much that my hat was dripping from the bill.

Ah, alright. I'll flush out my complaint a bit...

A few people that I've spoken to in the thread have this idea that they can just diet, lose all the weight and then fill in the loose skin through exercising regularly in maintenance or with a slow gain to build lean muscle mass.

This annoys me a bit because you can still make some gainz while on a cut. I have pretty large arms, chest, shoulders, back because I have been lifting steadily the entire time. You can kickstart this full 'being fit' lifestyle change by developing the discipline right away.

I'd go so far as to say I've never spoken to anyone who lost all of their weight, then put on lean muscle mass back to a swole status. You can gain maybe a pound or 2 of lean mass a month, if that so the progress is INSANELY slow and takes a steady hand. I feel like if you're not seeing the results you were seeing during your 'diet only cut' you're likely to fail.

I dunno. I'm one of those 'lifestyle change' guys who try and reinforce that time after time.

I'm 260 lbs and have been using a crosstrainer on a high-resistance setting. I've been seeing results, slimming down, and have lost about 12 pounds overall. However, I'm stuck at 260.

I ate 540 calories today and nothing else. If I just eat 500-1000 calories a day, will I lose weight (get less fat) or will that be bad? I know you're supposed to consume 500 calories under your expenditure, but if I guess my BMR is 2600, I burn 800 calories a day working out, and I eat 1000 calories max, I'll get less fat, right?

I'm going to give you advice to prevent you from doing a stupid crash diet which you will probably give up on because it's an awful idea which many of us /fat/ties have done.

Google IIFYM. Set your activity to 0 and say you're sedentary. You do not get to count exercise while on a cut. This tells you your macros. Macros are Proteins, Fats, and Carbs, these 3 will make you not feel like shit.

Next, download the Myfitnesspal app. It takes 5 minutes to set up. Same with 0 activity, etc. This will tell you all the calories you need to lose X weight a week. It has a diary function that stores and count your calories too and keeps track of your macros. It even has a search function AND a barcode scanner so you never have to guess how much you're eating again. Do this and report back with questions

I am moving there to do a semester of studies in September (eurofag), and I am looking for a weight lifting gym that's cheap but decently equipped.
I haven't lifted weights before (as in the 4 compound lifts), but I used to go to a gym that had weight machines for a couple months.
I am really interested in finding one that has the equipment and space to do the compounds, and also maybe a trainer to hire to teach me the basics of the lifts, before I do them by myself.
I will be located circa Acton/Ealing. I'd like to find something in those burroughs.
I've done a bit of research myself, but I'd like an opinion or some advice on what to pick.

what do you think is the best time to weigh yourself? i personally like to weigh in first thing in the morning after i pee and before i drink or eat anything. i like doing this because i feel it's the most consistent way to measure where my weight is.

good luck anon. I used to weigh daily the past two months I've been cutting, but now I think I might go for the weekly average as I am starting to lose much slower, and also because it'll be a confidence boost as opposed to now where I can spend about a week on same weight.
